PRICE INCLUDES: YOUR logo embroidered up to 6,000 stitches,and nine colors. Choice of color: Navy, White, Khaki, Cardinal/Dark Green, Black, Khaki/Navy, Khaki/Black, Khaki/Green (other colors on request)

Terms: 50 % deposit, balance COD. Terms for established D&B accounts.

Above price for embroidered cap on front. For embroider on back of cap add $1.00 per hat up to 6,000 stitches.

All logos over 6,000 stitches add 15 cents per 1,000 stitches.

Before production you will received a completed hat for your approval. No order will go into production without your approval.

One time set up charge for embroidery program of a flat rate of $50.00. Tape charge waved if account already has tape and on orders over 5,000.

Shipping FOB Haverhill, Ma. Shipping UPS or special truck carrier.
